The Lookup is a search portal that redirects your queries to third-party search engines. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not collect, store, or sell your personal information.

We do not collect your search queries, IP address, browsing history, or any personally identifiable information. Your searches are sent directly to the search engine you select.

Local Storage

Search history is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. You can clear it at any time using the history panel in the search box.

Third-Party Search Engines

When you perform a search, you are redirected to a third-party search engine. Each engine has its own privacy policy. We recommend using privacy-focused engines (marked ℘) for enhanced privacy.

Analytics

We use Ahrefs Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic. This may collect anonymized usage data. No personal search queries are tracked.
